MLB Consulting was born from the meeting of two complementary entrepreneurial paths. Makhtar Laye Boye brings strategic vision, leadership, and an institutional network built over years of presence in West African markets. Youssou Fall brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience — digital agency work, brand building, international commercial operations — combined with an authentic cultural bridge between Italy and Senegal.

This combination produces something the commercial consulting market rarely offers: European business culture and rooted West African presence in the same room, at the same table, in the same conversation.

We operate as rapporteurs d'affaires: we bring together opportunities that would otherwise remain disconnected. Few clients at a time, deals structured case by case, commissions aligned with success. We build medium-to-long term relationships based on our ability to deliver concrete value, well before any contract is signed.

Youssou Fall

Business Development & Operations

Youssou brings to MLB Consulting hands-on entrepreneurial experience across multiple ventures — from digital agency work and brand building to commercial operations in international hospitality. He drives the firm's day-to-day execution: active scouting, pipeline management, first contact with prospects, and ongoing client relationships. Based in Milan with deep ties to Senegal, he operates fluently in Italian, French, and English across the markets we serve.

Our values are not statements for the website. They are operating principles that govern every internal and external decision.

Alignment

We work predominantly on success fees. If we don't make our clients earn, we don't earn. This filter protects us from accepting wrong clients and from investing energy in unqualified opportunities.

Selectivity

We don't want many clients. We want the right clients. A boutique that works with five real clients is worth more than an agency with fifty superficial ones.

Transparency

We document everything. Every lead reported is formally registered, every interaction is tracked, every decision is motivated. Transparency protects us contractually and makes the client relationship more solid.

Local knowledge

Presence on the ground is not a metaphor. It's real relationships with real people, built over years and maintained consistently. This is what allows us to bring opportunities others don't see.
